What to include in your RFQ
- Product type, series or model codes, and quantity per SKU
- Finish, color and size requirements, with sample or color code
- Destination country and port, and preferred Incoterm (FOB, EXW, CIF or DDP)
- Target delivery date
- Certificates required (BIFMA, UL 962A, CE, UKCA, FCC or SAA)
- Branding, label or packaging requirements for OEM orders
- Your company type: dealer, OEM brand or project buyer
What happens next
The sales engineer confirms the specification, asks any open questions, and sends a quotation with unit prices, packing data, MOQ, lead time and warranty terms. For custom or OEM products, a sample or drawing approval comes before the production order.
Standard terms are FOB Shanghai, Ningbo or Yangzhou, a 30% T/T deposit with the 70% balance before shipment (or L/C at sight), and 25–30 days production for standard items; the proforma invoice states them for your order. Samples ship in 3–7 days for standard items, factory visits are welcome with airport pickup, and the sales engineer stays your single contact through production and shipping.

Omni's sales team is available seven days a week, and a sales engineer replies within one business day with questions or a first price. A formal quotation with specifications, packing data, lead time and warranty follows once the configuration is agreed.
What information should I include in an RFQ for office furniture?
A complete RFQ lets Omni quote in one round. Include: the series or model codes and quantity per SKU; required finishes, colors and sizes; destination country and port; preferred Incoterm; target delivery date; certifications needed, such as BIFMA, UL or a regional plug standard; floor plans or drawings for project work; and any branding or packaging requirements. State whether you are a dealer, an OEM brand or a project buyer.
Where are Omni's factories and can I visit?
Yes. Omni welcomes factory visits. The headquarters and steel products factory is at No. 9 Yinbai Road, Hanjiang Industrial Park, Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China; wooden products are made in Rugao, Nantong, and the sales and R&D center is in Shenzhen. Send your travel dates and the sales team arranges the agenda and airport pickup from Yangzhou, Nanjing or Shanghai.
