Omni follows PPAP, the production part approval process, and C-TPAT, supported by SAP-driven traceability of production. Its ISO 9001 quality system runs 13 QC stages, verified on site by Intertek (report 483110651_P+T): incoming materials, in-process checks and a final inspection before loading, with loading photos taken before the container is sealed.

For an OEM project, an approved pre-production sample is the reference for mass production. The acceptance criteria, such as dimensions, finish tolerance and function tests, are written into the purchase order.
